Burgess-Manning offers every configuration of vane separator available. Vane separators alone, or in combination with other separator internals can be provided to achieve the highest performance for specific needs. Configurations for vane separators are virtually unlimited, to allow for any piping arrangement. In high or low pressure applications, vane separators have a proven performance track record. Virtually 100% turndown capability is also a hallmark of vane separator technology. Burgess-Manning offers purpose-designed ASME Code vessels with its vane separators, taking full advantage of the size/weight/cost savings available with this technology. Retrofit of existing vessels with vane separators is also offered, using designs that offer direct replacement of mesh pad separators with little or no vessel modification. Vane separators offer high efficiency removal of entrained liquid droplets at virtually all operating conditions. A wide range of metallurgical options is available, with vane separators constructed of carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium and other alloys. In cases where vane separators are required in vessels too large for construction by Burgess-Manning, the vane separators are provided as either completed assemblies or as components match-marked for assembly inside the vessel. Burgess-Manning vane separators are capable of removing liquids from air, gases, and steam, in conditions from cryogenic to superheated.
